Future Brides, Grooms, Prom Students, and All Guests,

Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, we have been receiving questions about Tip Top Tux and our business procedures and products. With the fluid changes of the COVID-19 virus and with guidance from Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and State Authorities, we are temporarily closing our network of stores.

Cancellations:

As the busy spring prom and wedding season approaches, Tip Top Tux understands that your special event may be postponed or cancelled due to the recent coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. Therefore until  further notice and with evidence of actual cancellation due to COVID-19we will be waiving our $60 cancellation fee for rental cancellations. In addition, you will be issued with a full refund or full value store credit, including any deposits, upon presentation of evidence of actual cancellation due to COVID-19. Our return policy with respect to purchased merchandise will remain unchanged.
